We do not provide refunds for any reason, including change of mind, sizing issues, or order errors. Please ensure your order details, including size, color, and quantity, are correct before completing your purchase.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective due to a shipping error or manufacturing issue, please contact us immediately at customercare@miraha.in within 10 days of receiving your order.

• An opening video of the package is mandatory to be eligible for any refund or replacement in case of damaged or defective products. Please provide clear photos or videos along with your order number as proof.

• We will review your case and offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
